Beginning of work
Our specialists started by creating a 3D model of the figurines. When creating it, we took into account all the requirements necessary for 3D printing: we calculated the features of the thickness, the required depth of the relief for high-quality reproduction by a 3D printer.
Project Details
Before starting 3D printing, we will definitely coordinate all the details with the customer. At this stage, the model is being improved and corrected, we try to take into account all the wishes of the customer.
Only after the approval stage, we launch the circulation in 3D printing.
Work process
3D printing is accompanied by a huge amount of supporting material, which in this case we removed mechanically. We also added treatment in vapors of a chemical solution, after which they started the painting process.
Do not forget about an important point that many people miss - packaging. All figurines, without exception, were delivered to the client safe and sound.
