Why Imprinta 3D Printers?

Because there was the first Hercules.

Pay attention to the date! That was a long time ago. But this historical fact pushed me. The printer looked brutal and made a lot of noise. More precisely, it was just wildly noisy! But ... He typed incredibly cool. At that time, a 3D printer with a printable area of more than 200 mm per side was not just a rarity, but an exclusive one!

Printing the printer is simply unrealistic! The quality was excellent. Printed, traditionally, through Simplify3D... The camera warmed up just right, which meant we could print with whatever materials we could get our hands on in shaggy 2017.

Why is 1 bad?

Because the printers are bad. Become! In 2019! Bad not in terms of printing, but in terms of reliability. In terms of print quality, I can't say anything bad. The printer prints really well. No, everyone breaks, really. And Picaso is not a gift. But at least they print !!! And they do their job!

And now I’m telling a story.

They brought it. As many as 5 pieces. Hercules Strong, Hercules Strong DUO, Hercules 2017. How many printers do you think are currently working for the benefit of the company and performing their function out of the box? Zero!

Hercules Strong DUO - Didn't start at all. We just couldn't print a single model.

Hercules Strong - worked for about a month. Dead. You see. Even with excellent quality. The printer shouldn't work for a month out of the box! Should not! Under no circumstances! Apparently the engineers of the Imprinta company also think so, but they do not extend the life of the car, but shorten it.

Hercules 2017 - held out the longest. But he died anyway. 2 months later.

Unsuccessful delivery? As a result, a dissatisfied client!

Why is 2 bad?

Because the service is bad. We repair ourselves, as they say.

From trusted sources, we learned that REC has stopped repairing Hercules, although it used to be their service center. And precisely for this reason. Because a wreck!

And now, traditionally, history.

Hercules Strong DUO - accepted back from us. Money back.

Hercules Strong - they didn't want to repair it in any way. Well, no. Technical support threw up its hands until we raised a panic and connected the Director of the company to the work. The ice has broken. We asked to send an engineer, a refusal, we asked again, a refusal. It lasted a very long time, as you know, and the orders will not print themselves. An engineer arrived. Hooray! I set everything up. He left. The next day, everything broke to hell! A long and fruitless struggle led to the fact that we just made them ourselves. More precisely, sorted out with the replacement of components. Now they seem to work. But how many nerves are we paying for ???

Hercules 2017 - broke down during the pandemic. When, as many people know, all printers (makers) supplied clinics and hospitals with masks from a 3D printer. Do you know what the support said? We are quarantined, please wait. Do you know what I saw on Instagram 15 minutes later? Like the whole company prints masks. And here it will not work, as if it was filmed before. Previously, there was no need for masks. Well, how do they not work ??? Result: we fixed it ourselves. Normally. We went over it completely.

Have we chosen a bad time to contact support? As a result, a dissatisfied customer.

They want to go to Europe.

For a long time I watched on Instagram how the Imprinta company tried to enter Europe. NO! With such problems in Europe it is impossible. This is exactly what practice has shown. In Europe, the norm is that everything runs like clockwork. Well, train crawl in Germany, of course.

And here I sit and think, kaaaaak? How do they stay afloat? If their printers and service are so lame. He began rummaging through the news and came to the conclusion that the company is supported by funding from the state or state-owned companies. Which is very sad ...

PS If you buy 3D printers from Imprinta, know! You should understand the course "repair and maintenance of 3D printers" like a super pro, and just forget about technical support and customer loyalty! If you paid money for this printer, know it! You should already.
