One of the clients gave us an interesting task. To print a bathroom for the future to be covered with composite. The length of the future bath is more than 1 meter.

After creating a three-dimensional model, it was necessary to divide the model into segments in order to produce 3D printing on printers with a working area of 20 x 20 x 21 cm. In this case, it was impossible to simply “cut” it, because when creating it was necessary to take into account the increased requirements of the customer for the shape of the future object.
We all put together mosaics in our childhood =). That's what we decided to start from. Our designer created a so-called "3D mosaic" from this bathroom. Look how it looks.
As a result, it turned out XX segments. The model was smoothed and rendered.

And here, in fact, a bath after three-dimensional printing.
