3D printing seven awards for the Global Boxing Forum in a day!

Beginning of work
Boxing gloves came to us, being made from clay by the customer. He also provided us with their scanned 3D model. Behind us was printing and processing.
The order was very urgent! We made 7 of these gloves in one night!
“Seven gloves! Nonsense! Print and that's it! " - you might think. But no, everything is much more complicated than just printing.
Process
Each cup was divided into 4-8 parts, and the main difficulty was to glue them so that the seam was not visible.
Another difficult moment is preparation for painting. The surface had to be perfect for the painting to go flawlessly and as quickly as possible.
As soon as the cups were painted, they went to the customer, who in the morning was already flying to the Global Boxing Forum in Sochi!
