We made a part for a hydraulic pump that is no longer in production.

The client contacted us with a problem: a part of the hydraulic pump impeller housing broke. The hydraulic pump was discontinued a long time ago. Accordingly, it is very problematic to find details on it.

They brought us an old part, together with the client we identified the problem and started work. It was necessary to model the part, but the problem was that one of the parts was one piece. And to see the internal structure, it had to be cut.

Then they took measurements and performed 3D modeling.

The fitting sample was printed from our Pet-G Studia3D Filament, cleared of supports and got a great detail! At the moment, our company continues to produce a small series on a regular basis from the composite material Total CF-5 from Filamentarno.

And here are the first copies of the batch from Total CF-5!

Thus, this is another example of the applied use of 3D printing, excluding the perception of technology as a toy!
