Anycubic from China is preparing to accept orders for a new model of the Photon Mono M3s 5D printer. These printers use LCD Stereolithography Mask (MSLA) technology and have very high resolution in a desktop environment.

The Photon Mono M3s 5D printers feature 10,1-inch 12K (11520×5120) monochrome LCDs. The pixel size is only 19 microns. The masks have a high contrast ratio of 480:1 and a vertical print speed of up to 105mm/h.

To achieve this speed, Photon Workshop 3.1 software is used, which provides fast and smooth positioning of the platform, as well as the use of special films and low viscosity resins. This saves up to 74% of the time.

The Photon Mono M5s also has a quality control system that monitors the condition of the equipment, consumables and the printing process. The printer performs pre-print diagnostics and monitors for failures in the process, notifying the operator via the Anycubic App. Calibration is carried out automatically.

Sales of Anycubic Photon Mono M3s 5D printers began on May 22. Early customers will be able to pre-order for a special price of $399 in the US or €399 in Europe. Retail price will be $539. Orders can be placed on Anycubic official website.
