Our company is looking for an experienced 3D printer operator to work on the production line.

Duties:

  • Setting up and launching 3D printers according to the plan
  • Quality control of printing and finished products, cleaning of supporting structures
  • Maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, as well as preparation of technical specifications for complex repairs
  • Reporting on work productivity and keeping the workplace clean and tidy

Requirements:

  • Experience and ability to work with 3D printers using FDM and SLA (DLP) technology
  • Ability to distribute work time to run 50+ printers per day
  • Ability to work in a team and quickly respond to changes in the production process
  • Responsibility and attentiveness, efficient use of working time. The specified salary is achieved under the condition of a certain output of products from a 3D printer and a small percentage of defects.

3D printing process engineer (salary up to 100000 rubles per hand)

Duties:

  • Preparation of NC for 3D printers
  • Organization of fitting work
  • Drawing up a preliminary production plan
  • Preparing a 3D model for 3D printing
  • Checking a 3D model for compliance with 3D printing requirements

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in basic slicers for FDM and LCD 3D printers
  • Knowledge of NetFabb, MeshMixer, Materialize Magics programs
  • Preparation of 3D models for 3D printing by checking for compliance with the requirements for 3D printing. Correction of errors in 3D models using the standard functions of NetFabb, MeshMixer, Materialize Magics. Segmentation of 3D models in accordance with the terms of reference.
  • The main task of the programmer is to prepare control programs (g-code) for FDM and LCD 3D printers
  • All control programs (NC) must be transmitted to 3D printer operators via an excel spreadsheet with constant monitoring of the 3D printing process
  • In the event of a 3D print schedule drift, immediate intervention to ensure the cause of the offset is identified. Elimination of errors in the UE in case of their occurrence or transfer of information to the head of the production department in case of other errors
  • Assistance in organizing launches of 3D printers, product issuance control (QCD)

Requirements:

  • The specified salary is accrued in accordance with the issuance of products from production. This vacancy implies at least 2000 g-code monthly. Correctly calculate your strength, the work process should be built taking into account the optimization and sequence of printing with a minimum cost for changing nozzles and material.

Head of the 3D printing production department (up to 200000 rubles per hand)

Duties:

  • Production plan preparation
  • Interaction with software developers for automation of production processes
  • Ensuring order in production
  • Monitoring the timing of the production plan
  • Product quality control
  • Interaction with account managers
  • Supervision of the work of CNC machine operators
  • Control of the availability of consumables and tools in production
  • Availability and purchase of consumables
  • Control of applications and deliveries to production through 1C
  • Claim handling

Requirements:

  • We need a strong manager who can take control of the production process of one of the most complex areas of production built on the basis of additive technologies. Strong spirit, self-discipline. Raising the morale of production employees. Experience in managing a production shop is a must.
  • The salary component consists of accruals, which are directly calculated from the number of 3D printers in operation. At the moment, there are 140 units of 3D printers in the production workshop, of which 100 units should be in operation on a permanent basis. 40 units 3D printers are back-up for replacement of broken 3D printers from operators. Accruals are calculated based on the condition of 2 thousand rubles. per unit printers at work.
  • The production plan is formed based on the timing of the issuance of orders, taking into account the temporary margin for manufacturing defects (10%) and unforeseen circumstances. A shift in the issuance dates is allowed only within this margin of time.
  • The main task is to organize work activities in accordance with the above activities and to establish communication between 3D printer operators, a 3D printer programmer and a repair specialist.
