The lead time for the 3D printing order.

The scheduled time for issuing or transferring the order to the courier service is 3 weeks.

Of course, we always try to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. However, there are situations when operational execution is not possible. When ordering 3D printing, you must understand that you are placing an order for a production process. We have created a convenient service, where ordering 3D printing is no more difficult than buying a product in an online store, however, do not forget, in order to give you a product, we need to make it first. Let's coordinate you on the approximate production time of products, starting from materials.

Important!!! You can adjust the lead time. Use the dropdown me on the due date calculator page before adding a 3D print product to your cart. After placing an order, the time frame cannot be adjusted.

Fastest

In the case of the most common materials, the lead time is 3-4 days. Such materials include PET G (FDM) ABS (FDM) PLA (FDM) WAX (FDM) SBS (FDM)... These materials are 3D printed on personal and semi-professional 3D printers. The preparatory process of the model does not take much time, and the equipment does not require lengthy preparation to start 3D printing, so printing from these materials is the fastest.

average speed

In the case of materials that require industrial equipment, the lead time is 1 to 2 weeks. Such materials include: Photopolymer resin (SLA) VisiJet (MJM), VisiJet WAX (MJM), Polyamide PA2200 (SLS) Nylon (FDM) Ceramo (FDM) Composite (FDM) TPU Flex (FDM)... These materials are 3D printed on semi-professional and small industrial 3D printers. Due to this, models from different orders are printed in “packs”. The printer starts up when the chamber is full. The preparatory process of the model does not take much time, however, the equipment requires a long preparation to start 3D printing, so printing from these materials takes more than a week.

The longest

In the case of special materials that require industrial equipment and fine-tuning the setting program, the lead time is up to 3 weeks. Such materials include: Steel (SLM) Aluminum (SLM) Polyamide PA12 (SLS) TPU Flexa Black (SLS) ABS M30 (FFF) SO (Fff), Burnout photopolymer resin (SLA) Dental photopolymer resin (SLA) Polyamide PA2200 (SLS) [for large items]... 3D printing with these materials is performed only on industrial 3D printers. Models from different orders are printed in “packs”. The printer starts up when the chamber is full. The preparatory process of the model requires fine tuning and detailed elaboration. Equipment requires lengthy preparation to run 3D printing. The term can be either 2 days or 3 weeks. Depends on the loaded material in the printer and the total load for a particular material.

Project activities

The timing of project activities is determined in a separate specification to the contract, if it is concluded. If the specification is not concluded, then the period for manufacturing products within the framework of project activities is determined by the contractor.

IMPORTANT! We kindly ask you, if you have already placed an order, you do not need to call every 5 minutes and send a flurry of letters to the mail with the question: “When will my order be ready?”.
