3D printing of the signboard "Train"
How we coped with an unusual order for us, an "antique" art object for a transport company in 4 days
Order 3d printingStep 1: 3D printing
Infill 15%
Height 200 mkrn
10 Picasso XL printers @ picaso_3d
REC Relax material @ rec3dcompany
3,5 days of printing
Step 2: painting
Our task was to convey the texture of aged gold with rust that has seen time.
We used acrylic, brass, gold and other shades of paint to get the effect we wanted. Upon completion of the design "Train" is covered with matt acrylic lacquer.
Step 3: delivery
It was carried out over a considerable distance, so we treated the transportation of the sign with special attention - we carefully and thoughtfully packed the object before shipment.
Result of work
Our company often receives orders for the production of logos, but we made such an original one for the first time!
This unique art object, made by us in 3.5 days, is now at our customer - a logistics company.
