Account Manager

Duties:

  • Making sales in accordance with the plan.
  • Working with clients, consulting on a product, working with objections, identifying customer needs;
  • Paperwork: invoicing, preparation of contracts and specifications, acts through the Bitrix24 system;
  • Entering customer data into the Bitrix24 database;
  • Timely reporting on orders and independent work planning, order management, delivery and assembly control. .

Requirements:

  • Required work experience: 5 years.
  • Understanding of technological processes, knowledge of 3D printing, materials for 3D printing and other aspects of additive technologies are welcomed.
  • Intelligence, sociability, ability to work in a team, competent English speech – spoken and written.

Contractor Relations Manager

Duties:

  • Self-involvement of partners in order to create the agent network;
  • Cold calls, conducting negotiations on the territory of partners, negotiating commercial terms, signing contracts;
  • Organization of integration with new partners.
  • Maintaining and developing existing clients;
  • Monitoring the execution of the Studia3D Aggregator system, drawing up technical specifications for a group of developers for the development of the system.
  • Conducting workflow with contractors through the Bitrix24 system.

Requirements:

  • Required work experience: 1 year;
  • Understanding of technological processes, knowledge of 3D printing, materials for 3D printing, 3D equipment and other aspects of additive technologies are welcomed;
  • Basic knowledge in computer science, programming and software;
  • Willingness to go to meetings with partners;
  • Correct oral and written English language;
  • Knowledge of the Bitrix24 program;
  • Confident PC user (Word, Excel, Skype, CRM).
Logistician/storekeeper Duties:

  • Labeling of goods and equipment inventory, keeping records and providing data to other employees;
  • Acceptance, unloading, loading, posting of materials and goods. Assembling products and preparing for shipment. Warehouse documentation maintenance;
  • Interaction with suppliers. Organization of delivery of goods for production needs.
  • Prompt processing of requests from sales managers for transport search and delivery, determination of the cost of transportation services;
  • Coordination of deliveries with customers, organization of deliveries and control of execution. Search for counterparties and the most optimal ways to organize shipments, including to foreign markets.
  • Household work in the warehouse (cleaning of the assigned premises: keeping the assigned area clean during the working day. Collecting and transporting waste to the designated place);
  • Inside warehouse processing of goods – sorting, stacking, transfer.

Requirements:

  • Required work experience: 1 year;
  • knowledge of primary accounting documentation;
  • Knowledge of the Bitrix24 program;
  • Confident PC user;
  • Diligence, activity, punctuality;
  • Self-organization and purposefulness.
Digital marketer Duties:

  • Preparation of marketing campaigns and budget planning;
  • Cold offers to potential clients, calling current clients of the company;
  • Setting up targeted and contextual advertising;
  • Website SEO development;
  • Maintaining social networks, conducting email newsletters;
  • Search for relevant exhibitions, organization of participation in them;
  • Blogging of the company on company site and on partner sites;
  • Working with advertising products of the company (labels, business cards, souvenirs) (with the help of contractors);
  • Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and preparing a report.

Requirements:

  • Required work experience: 3 years;
  • Knowledge of the Bitrix24 program;
  • Confident user of PC and social networks: facebook, instagram, LinkedIn;
  • Knowledge of the features of the market under study (will be an advantage);
  • Knowledge of the advertising account in Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
  • Competent speaking and writing, copywriting skills;
  • Diligence and punctuality;
