It has long been known in the field of 3D printing specialists that the lion's share of success depends on the correct control program (g-code). Wrong g-code leads to marriage. And this means that the money spent on equipment and materials will not be returned.
Since we have extensive experience in creating large art objects, we were approached for help by a company that received an order for 3D printing of a deer. But in view of the lack of experience of the specialists of this company in preparing such objects for printing, we were invited to help.
We segmented the 3D model and prepared control programs for 3D printers of performers and the required material. It is important to take into account the features of gluing and subsequent processing of the figure.
The subsequent work on gluing, post-processing and editing was no longer done by us, but by the performing company.
