To begin with, I love many Yandex products and services. However, I will have to give up one of them. Today we will talk about Zen.

I like to give and receive information in a textual version. Someone loves in the form of a voice, someone in the form of visualization. And I like the text better. Especially structured. What was my joy when the Ya Zen service appeared and what was my disappointment when I had to face difficulties. Here is how it was…

We are engaged in 3D printing... The lesson itself is interesting, and I like to publish the result of the activity  on certain resources. We have implemented a fairly large project, which I naturally shared in Ya Zen. And there was a complaint about an article published by Ya Zen. They say the article violates copyright. In accordance with the procedure provided for in Ya Zen, we received the text of the complaint and contacts for communication with the applicant. I will write about the applicant in more detail and in a more expanded format a little later, but for now about Ya Zen. The main thing is to know that neither legally nor in fact, we have not violated any copyright. The text of the statement does not show or prove anything. Moreover, from the owner of the property, which is described in the article (customer), we have permission to publish these materials. Ya Zen offers to contact the applicant and settle the issue directly, only after that the article will be unlocked. So, let's figure it out, why should I contact someone and regulate something? Does the copyright belong to the applicant? No. Do you have permission from the owner? Yes. And a week-long correspondence with Ya. Zen began, which did not lead to anything. They repeat each time that they have a procedure to follow. And the fact that this procedure is contrary to sound logic is of no interest to anyone. That is, the attitude of Ya Zen is - decide for yourself there. But how can you protect your author? Deal with the situation? I understand when the decision came from the court to remove the article from publication. And in our case, what? You understand? That is, you can simply file a complaint against absolutely any article and that's it. It will be removed from publication with the context: "sort it out there yourself, we exchanged you contacts." And along the way, Ya. Zen will think about the illogicality of his actions, only after the appearance of worms, which will deliberately destroy publications in this way. This is not a tolerant approach, this is a blunt-nosed approach. Think when you put works into a text in Ya Zen. Tomorrow any Vasya will demolish your article at the first request. Just because he wanted to. For no reason or reason. And "sort it out there yourself, we exchanged you contacts."

By the way, I would like to cite YouTube as an example. They also received a complaint about the video. But the dispute settlement mechanism is so competent that Ya Zen should learn from them. YouTube takes responsibility, understands the situation, checks, and the consistency of the process encouraged me. If you even work on your channel, it is not in vain. In the case of Ya Zen, to my deepest regret, the situation is not the same.

No, I don't give up on Ya Zen at all. But now this is not the main resource for me, it will rather be a carbon copy from the main resource to increase SEO and similar things. I look closely at habr.com... The topic is still pushing. I recommend that you carefully use Ya Zen as your main blog channel.
