About the device of the mask
The mask consists of three elements: a transparent protective screen, an arch and a special elastic band for fixing the mask on the head. We decided to print arcs on 3D printers with rPETG plastic created from recycled materials and has proven itself excellently on other projects
How to print 800 masks a day on one printer
Fine adjustment of the control G-code is the guarantor the best result. Our professionals have found the perfect balance of all parameters: print speed, layer height, nozzle diameter, material selection: 30 masks per batch, 8 each00 pcs per day...
