The biggest challenge in creating such an object was the 3D modeling. The 3D model was provided by the customer in 3Ds MAX and did not match at all 3D printing requirements... I had to completely redo the 3D model. With this level of detail, this process took almost a week! As a result, the model was ready.

The model was printed from component parts. Parts, by the way, were more than 200 pieces. Including small details.

After printing and assembly, the model went for processing and painting.
