The 3D printing arc ledge cutting algorithm developed by Stephen McCulloch is now available for use in PrusaSlicer thanks to a new post-processing script created by Nikolai Wachenshwan.

This script allows you to directly integrate the algorithm into PrusaSlicer, making it much easier to use. To do this, you need to split the G-code file into layers, find the “Bridge Fill” tags and replace them with the code for the arc ledges.

Setup is simple and full instructions are available on the script's GitHub page. However, before starting work, you should familiarize yourself with the limitations and print settings. PrusaSlicer and an FDM printer compatible with slicing software are mandatory requirements to use this script.
