Montreal manufacturer of high temperature 3D printers AON3D announced that it will be giving a preview of its new machine learning-based temperature optimization software at RAPID+TCT 2023.

This new tool can provide fast and accurate predictions of the behavior of heat flow within an object during printing.

The company says this new software will enable engineers to make informed process design and optimization decisions by incorporating an entirely new form of quantitative data.

Optimized heat and heat flow simulation

Traditional g-code preparation software or "slicer" has limited ability to model heat and heat flow behavior.

To solve this problem, the new AON3D tool is said to provide users with a complete visualization of heat flows and temperatures throughout the part.

In addition to previewing this software, AON3D also announced that it will be looking for beta clients for testing, and more information is available on the company's website.
